FEE SCHEDULE
Initial Consultation...........................................…..... $150 one-time fee
Selection Insemination...............................................$800 for 1st insemination in each cycle
Additional Insemination (within the same cycle)................. $300 fee for additional insem - within a cycle
Holiday/Sunday Accommodations.................................. $200 additional to procedure fee
Full payment is required at the time of the service. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. (No personal checks please.) Since this process is an elective procedure, almost all insurance companies will not cover the procedure cost. You will have to consult your insurance company for any reimbursement. We can provide hand written receipt and/or a printed credit card receipt. As always, It is our goal to get you the child you desire as quickly as possible with as little cost and expense to you.

There are numerous other tests and methods relating to infertility and may or may not be covered by ones own individual insurance. These methods and costs will be discussed in consultation for each individual as prices and techniques may vary depending on insurance coverage.
